Venetian Festival Sign Up Sheet

Hello everyone.  I wanted to take a moment of your time to remind you all of the fast approaching Lake Geneva Jaycees Venetian Festival.  As I am sure you are all aware this is our largest fund raising event.  That said, I think you all recognize the importance in participating in some capacity.  It is critical that we have a successful and well staffed event this year.  That said, I would certainly appreciate it if everyone would sign up for shifts.  This includes both current members and roostered members.  

We have a sign up sheet available at our General Meeting July 9th, 2008 – 7:30PM at Harbor Shores.  

It would be to your benefit as a current member to be at this meeting. The sign up sheet will be there.  This is your opportunity to pick the shifts that you would like. The best spots disappear fast.  That said, if you are unable to attend or do not make some effort to sign up, a shift WILL be assigned to you!!!  That said, I think it would be a good idea to be at our next General Meeting so you get the shifts you want!
