
Lake Geneva Jaycees Donation Request Process
The Lake Geneva Jaycees is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit civic organization (Tax ID: 39-1230293). Through fundraising events and member contributions, we give back to the community by supporting local initiatives, organizations, and individuals in need. In addition to fulfilling multi-year commitments, we welcome new donation requests.

How to Apply for a Donation

Complete the Donation Request Form
Download and fill out the Donation Request Form, or submit your request using the form below. -
Board Review
Requests are reviewed in the order received at the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. -
Board Recommendation
If the Board recommends approval, the request moves to the next General Membership meeting for a final vote. -
Presentation (if required)
Applicants may be asked to present their request and answer questions at the General Membership meeting. -
Final Decision & Notification
The General Membership votes on the request. Approved applicants will be notified by phone and/or email with the decision and donation amount. -
Fund Disbursement
Checks for approved donations are issued by the end of the next Board meeting.

The approval process typically takes 45 days or more. If you have a strict deadline, please submit your request as early as possible.

The Board of Directors meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

The General Membership meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
