Michael Hayes, Board of Directors Lake Geneva Jaycees, is a diesel mechanic with over 20 years experience. Mike currently works at Otto Jacobs Co, Lake Geneva, and holds the position of Maintenance Manager. Mike also volunteers his time coaching youths for the Lake Geneva Youth Wrestling program. Mike completed 380 hours of training at the Illinois State Police Academy and served as a Deputy Sheriff for one year at McHenry County Sheriff in McHenry County Illinois. Mike is a retired Army First Sergeant with 22 years in the Army Reserves. Mike spent two tours overseas, one in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan and one in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Kuwait. Mike is married and has two children.
