Softball Tournament - 3rd ANNUAL!!!
The Second Annual Lake Geneva Jaycees Softball Tournament will be held at Harris Field in Elkhorn and features up to 16 Teams, including your Lake Geneva JAYCEE SLAMS - softball team. Food and Refreshments including hot dogs, brats, chips, soda, Gatorade, candy and beer and more will be available. Cash Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Saturday night will include live musical entertainment.

Time: Friday Evening: 5:00PM - Saturday and Sunday First Game Starts at 8:00 AM
Event Hours: 5PM-10PM Friday 8AM-11PM Saturday 8AM-6PM Sunday
Location: Harris Field Park, Elkhorn, WI.
Entertainment: DJ - Saturday July 17th, 6PM-11PM
Entry Fee: $150 per team (entries must be paid in full and received by July 1st, 2009)
16 Teams Double Elimination Format - 2 Umpires per Game! - 34 Games Played!
All teams guaranteed 3 games with the toilet bowl bracket!

First Prize: $500.00 CASH
Second Prize: $300.00 CASH

Toilet Bowl: 10 Pitchers of Beer

There are currently 40 sponsorship opportunities for this event. Sponsorships are $50/each and gets your company logo printed on a large banner at the event, and gets your logo/web site listed on the Lake Geneva Jaycees Website as a Sponsor of this event. Your company name will be listed on the sponsored trophy as having sponsored your team.

Registration Information:
Teams are signed up for the tournament on a first come first serve basis. All teams that are registered in 2009 will be given first choice in 2010 to re-up. The entry fee is $150 per team. Entries and your paid entry fee must be received no later than July 1st, 2010. All checks must be made payable to the "Lake Geneva Jaycees". Entry fees are non-refundable. About Harris Park
Harris Park consists of three baseball/softball fields, a concession stand, and a playground. The Summer Adult Softball Leagues are held at this park. Harris Park is nestled between Elkhorn Area Middle and High Schools and is located off of Wright Street. For more information see the Elkhorn Parks Website.
