Golfing for those in Need this Holiday Season 2016

Time: 11AM-12:15PM Registration – 12:30PM Shotgun Start
Where: Evergreen Golf Course Elkhorn, WI.
What: Four Person Scramble – Fundraiser – Silent Auction and Brat/Hot Dog Buffet Dinner
Why: To raise funds for the those in need this Holiday Season.
Cost: $75.00 per guy includes 18 holes w/ cart box lunch buffet dinner

Corporate Sponsorship:$375
We are changing the annual Jaycee golf event to better reflect the cause behind the fundraiser to help increase sponsorships. This year and for the foreseeable future the event will be called “Golfing for those in need this holiday season.” Proceeds from the event directly impact the number of families we are able to help through Thanksgiving generosity. We make multiple food donations to the local food pantries and directly deliver Thanksgiving meals to families in need with a huge helping hand from Piggly Wiggly. Last year we were able to help 130 families. This year we would like to set a goal to help 200 families.
Attached is the sign up sheet for the golf outing, which will take place at Evergreen in Elkhorn, WI at 11AM on Thursday, September 22nd. Please sign up, invite friends and clients or help by donating items that can be auctioned off. Any help is appreciated for this event. I will have some fliers at Venetian tonight if anyone wants to sign up while working shifts.
